Day 2 in Paradise

I woke up at 4:30am this morning! I'm still on California time so thats 6:30 which is my normal wake up time, I don't understand why Daddy was so grumpy??

After a few cups of coffee, Mommy, Daddy, and I had breakfast on the lanai over looking the property here. I had my standard yogurt, toast, oatmeal, and scrambled eggs. Mommy and Daddy had portuegese sausage, fried eggs, and rice.

After breakfast we went to the pool and beach for a little bit.

Maui!!!

Just got to Maui late this afternoon and I really LOVE IT!

I can't wait to go back to the beach and pool tomorrow.

Playing in the garden

I helped Daddy clean up the back yard this weekend and threw some leaves away. It was really fun playing and getting dirty.

This past weekend was also the Gymboree Christmas party. I got to make an ornament and got to sing some new songs.

Do you think I need a hair cut?

What do you think? I guess I should get my bangs trimmed pretty soon.
I've got the hang of the whole walking around thing and now I'm trying to figure out how to run. Miss Julie is teaching me lots of new things. I can hold my sippy cup now and also am learning how to clean up after myself. I also put my "arms up" and know how to clap and waive good bye. These days I'm really into eating rice and noodles....gotta love the carbohydrates! And I REALLY REALLY love dogs! Hopefully I can convince Mommy and Daddy to get one this Spring/Summer.

Gilroy Gardens with my Bichan and Bachan

Last weekend I went to Gilroy Gardens with Bachan and Jichan. I was a little cranky after the first few rides, but then after lunch I felt much better. I went on the cars again by myself and then the merry go round. Daddy got his standard icecream, but he said that it didn't taste the same.

On the ride home, I didn't have a pacifier so I creid almost he entire way.

14 months

I'm getting into everything these days now that I'm such a big little lady!!! Here I am playing in the school behind my house. I like sitting in the leaves and Daddy is trying to get me started early with baseball (but for me its more fun trying to eat the ball vs thowing the ball).

These days my favorite foods are still carbs but I still like fruit and veggies. I like getting my fresh fruit smoothies....my parents sneak in carrots, beets, and cauliflower in it, but I still like it.

We all joined the SF Giants band wagon....

Okay.... we all admit that we aren't Giants fans. Mommy and Daddy are Warriors fans and Daddy's baseball team is the A's. But like the rest of the Bay Area...we got sucked into the Giants and their historic World Series Victory.

Here we are sporting gear that Jichan and Bachan gave Daddy for his bday. Pretty good...Mommy and me got stuff on his bday!!!

Do you like my sporty ride? I really like cruising around the block in it.

I'm really getting the hang of this whole walking thing. I'm able to get around the whole house now.

I am also feeling much better...I had a little stomach bug over the weekend.

Trick or Treat..part Deux

Daddy customized my car for me last weekend. He gave me custom purple rims...pretty cool.

I wanted spinners, but he said they were not in style any more.

Trick or Treat?

Today was happy and sad.... it was happy because I got to try out trick or treating for the first time. And it was sad because it was Davida's last day. She was really great with me and I will miss her, but I'm looking forward to playing with Miss Julie.

Michelle and I were rookies to trick or treating. It was already a little late when we started, so I only lasted 45 minutes or so.

We went to downtime Campbell for this as all the shops were giving out candy.

Giants Fever!

If only I was a little older Daddy would have taken me to game 1 of the World Series.....but I was sorta there.

Daddy and Jichan said they had a really good time at the game, especially since the Giants won 11-7! They said the place was electric and a ton of fun!! This was Dads second World Series game and Jichan's third.... can you imagine?!? Jichan went to game 7 in 1962, game 3 in 1989 (earthquake game), and now this....pretty cool.

Halloween 2010

I got to pick out pumpkins at my own pumpkin patch this year and it was pretty fun, especially since most of them were my size.

Thanks to my Auntie Alice for leasing out the land so Daddy could grow the pumpkins.

I also had my Gymboree Halloween party this past Saturday. It was really fun!! I got to dress up, play some new games, and even decorate my first pumpkin with stickers!

Bachan made my costume this year....isn't it the cutest!?!?!

Walking, walking, walking

13 months old and I think I almost have this walking thing down. I can move from room to room all by myself. I still fall down occasionally, and I still do a lot of crawling because I'm still faster crawling than walking.

Faking it to get what I want

Gilroy Gardens with Cole

Joel and Cole met us down at Gilroy Gardens this past Sunday.

It was cool to watch the two of them interact... especially on one of the rides, Mckenna was crying and Cole was trying to console her.
